1. Control procurement costs and continuously explore ways and measures to reduce expenses. 2. Responsible for developing the company’s nationwide partnership channels, with a primary focus on establishing and coordinating relationships with telecom operators. 3. Conduct research and analyze regional markets, formulate region-specific procurement resource strategies and plans aligned with objectives, and ensure target metrics are met. 4. Handle pre-sales and in-sales project matters, coordinate and monitor the implementation of after-sales services, and address customer relationship issues effectively. 5. Identify potential target customers and business opportunities in key regional markets, and actively develop new sales channels. 6. Provide excellent customer service by regularly visiting clients and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors as needed.
