On July 29, the launch ceremony for the Xiamen International Data Hub Port’s computing infrastructure and its full-stack Token Factory—under the theme “Data Converges at the Airport, Words Connect the World”—was held at the Xiamen National Convention Center. The event was guided by the Xiamen Airport Economic Zone Command and the Municipal Data Administration, and co-hosted by China Mobile Fujian, Suihong Huachuang, and Xintou Zhike. Over 150 attendees—including municipal leaders, representatives from relevant departments, universities, research institutions, and leading AI companies—participated in the ceremony. Century Albert Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd., as a service partner of the Token Factory Alliance, was invited to attend.

A token is the smallest computational unit used by large AI models to process information, and it also serves as the globally standardized metric for computing‑power billing. The newly launched Xiamen Full‑Stack Token Factory is Fujian’s first industrial platform capable of scaling cross‑border token delivery. It operates under a “front‑store, back‑factory” collaborative model, with a strategic focus on three key service areas: deploying model APIs overseas, exporting digital content, and enabling enterprise‑level intelligent agents to go global.

During the ecological cooperation signing ceremony, the “Xiamen Token Factory Service Alliance” was officially launched. Initiated following the inauguration of Xiamen’s full-stack Token Factory, the alliance aims to bring together resources across the entire industry chain—ranging from computing power and models to data services—to build an industrial ecosystem characterized by resource sharing, complementary strengths, and coordinated international expansion. At the ceremony, seven leading enterprises—Century Albert Intelligent Computing, Siming Intelligent Computing Center, China Mobile, Suihong, Qujing, Xintou Zhike, and Zhipu Huazhang—signed the alliance’s founding agreement as its inaugural members, marking the official establishment of the alliance.

Joining the alliance as one of the first members positions Century Albert Intelligent Computing to secure a first-mover advantage in the AI‑go‑global arena. Leveraging the computational power foundation of its Token Factory and cross-border data channels, the company will become deeply integrated into the Xiamen International Data Hub ecosystem, gaining platform‑level support in areas such as intelligent computing infrastructure and cross‑border data services, thereby robustly accelerating its overseas business expansion. The alliance’s collaborative mechanisms will also continue to drive technological innovation and market development, further strengthening Century Albert Intelligent Computing’s competitive moat in the AI services sector.
